XM Zambia Account Verification
To verify your XM account, prepare at least two documents proving that the account belongs to you.
Required documents:
Proof of Identity: National ID Card

Verification Procedure
Log in to your XM Member Area.
On the right-hand side, click the Upload button.
Upload the required documents on the verification page.
After uploading, you will see the message:
